MidState VNA & Hospice Inc.
MidState VNA & Hospice Inc. is a full service, not for profit, State
licensed, Medicare-certified, hospice and home health care agency founded in
1918. We offer a full range of skilled nursing care, home health aide services,
speech, physical and occupational therapies, companion and homemaker services,
support groups, flu and pneumonia clinics and nutrition counseling. The Agency
is accredited by the Community Health Accreditation Program and services all of
Central Connecticut 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
