Eastern Rehabilitation Network

Eastern Rehabilitation Network (ERN) is a full service provider of physical rehabilitation, sports medicine, wellness, occupational medicine and rehabilitation medicine with multiple locations throughout CT.

ERN offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, sports medicine, occupational health services and health and wellness programs. We work with people who have acute illnesses, chronic diseases, work or sports injuries or with persons interested in injury prevention and/or personal fitness. We have the resources and expertise to cover the entire spectrum of diagnoses.

ERN provides services in more than 15 outpatient locations and in a variety of settings including acute care hospitals, outpatient centers, long term care facilities, intermediate care and rehabilitation facilities, homes, occupational health centers, fitness centers, community centers, work sites, and schools and colleges.
