Home Health MonitoringIf a patient’s medical condition requires daily monitoring, a telemonitor is placed in the home to record vitals signs including body temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, weight and oxygen levels. The system transmits this information to a station where a registered nurse monitors the patient’s condition to look for any potential or developing problems. HomemakersHomemakers provide socialization and companionship for medical or other appointments. They can also help with housekeeping, errands, laundry, meal preparation and other tasks. Home Delivered MealsNutritious and delicious meals can be delivered to your home if you are unable to shop and cook for yourself or simply would prefer not to. Meals can be customized to meet any dietary restrictions or nutritional guidelines your physician has recommended.
